technical operation of laboratory are impartial , free from any undue internal and external
commercial, financial and other pressures and influences that might adversely affect the
quality or their work.
iii) To evaluate on the competence of the Deputy Technical Manager, Laboratory
Supervisor and Tester on their knowledge and skill in performing the job.
iv) To identify training needs for Deputy Technical Manager, Laboratory Supervisor and
Tester.
v) To ensure all laboratory personnel will adhere to good professional practice at all times.
vi) To ensure all the testing equipment in the lab are properly maintained, valid calibration
and fit for intended purposes.

i) Responsible for compliance of management requirements of LQMS to MS ISO / IEC


17025:2017.
ii) Manage the customer’s feedback, complain, internal & external audits and
management review (as secretary)
iii) As a Management Representative (MR) for communication with external parties
including DSM.

times.
viii) Assist the TM and DTM in ensuring the testing equipment in the lab are properly
