document. Pls share in this document.

Tolerance values stated document must be calculated ad hoc for each installation considering
the installed Robot load and panels structure flexibility.
All tolerances in document consider the Robot Units load while running on the tables, and
therefore, all tolerances shall be calculated and measured accordingly.
For smooth running of the robot on the table (panels frame) and maximization of cleaning
efficiency, tables should be as aligned as possible.
After the site survey is completed, the necessary adjustments are made to the system, based on
the survey findings and site requirements.

4.2 Bridges
To ensure smooth movement of the Robots along panel rows, bridge the gaps that exist
between the panels’ tables, thus creating one long table for the Robot to drive on without
obstacles.
4.2.1 Table Gaps Required Parameters/Custom Solutions
Distance between the tables should not exceed 1 m. Alignment of the table should be within the
tolerance as detailed in document.
If the above conditions cannot be achieved, various bridging solutions can be designed on a
case-by-case basis and with approval of the plant owner.
The bridges’ design and installation must consider whether the panels tilt is adjustable or
permanent. Not shared in this document.

4.2.2 Permanent Tilt

For permanent tilt, fixed bridges will be installed (over charging module for Game change
Tracker)
