4.4 Mounting and Positioning Robot on the Panels

The Robots are designed to work on a row of solar panels, aligned and connected to create a
clear path for the wheels.
4.4.1 Unpacking and Mounting
Robots should be carefully unpacked and assessed for any damages. After unpacking, the
inspection takes place to assure that the Robot is in its working order and can be mounted on
the solar panels table.
CAUTION!
Robots must be handled with care to avoid any shocks or dropping that can
damage their electronic components or mechanical structure.
The microfiber wipes must be checked to verify there are no spines or other fragments of hard
materials attached to them.
who will verify the 700-800 robots on
4.4.2 Positioning daily basis?? not possible. what is flag?

WARNING!
Before starting any operation of the Robot, verify that each row of panels has
physical edge stoppers and flags for proximity sensors the Robot is equipped
with. If one of these devices is not in place, do not run the Robot.
For automatic mode of operation, the Robot should be mounted on the docking station and its
correct positioning be verified.
For portable solutions, the Robot should be mounted on the docking station first as well, then
lifted to the first row.
When the test run is done?? Pls capture.
Is it during commisioning
4.4.3 Test Run
A test run should be performed for either configuration under close supervision of the
movement along the route and back. Any fault or obstacle detected during the test run, should
be recorded, as well as the necessary correction and its implementation. For portable solutions,
such test must be repeated for each row that this Robot is to clean.
Portable Robots are operated by 3 push buttons (ON/OFF and 2 direction buttons) and have 3
LED indicators:
Green – Driving mode
Red – Battey status
Blue – Communication/Error
