4.1 Site Preparation and Design Adjustments

A site survey must be conducted before planning and designing the solution for the plant.
The Site Survey Form is filled out by Airtouch field supervisor as part of the site preparation
activities.
For proper operation of the Robot, it is imperative to
1. Ensure at least 15 cm clearance between the ground and the lower surface of the panel.
The space under the panel must be cleared of grass, rocks, or any other obstacles.
2. Inspect the panel and its frame for sharp edges and protruding objects, such as bolts,
clamps, missing tiles with sharp frame edges, etc., that may catch and tear the
microfiber wipes. Remove any such obstacles before the installation.
3. Ensure panel frame alignment in all three axes.
4. Maximum allowable deviations/gaps within module mounting system must be followed
as appear in the latest revision of document shared.
