Hello Mr. Raja,

Greetings from Digit!

We have reviewed your claim (202400176479) to its best merit and we regret to inform you that our stand on the same
remains unchanged.

Following our inspection and basis the information available, the following damages correlate with the cause of loss and
have been approved. VRO for the approval has already been shared with the repairer.

• 1. FRONT BUMPER 2. Fender-D/P 3. FRONT DOOR LH -D/P 4. REAR DOOR LH Change

However, based on the present facts known to us, the below mentioned Part(s)/Panel(s) do not correlate with the cause of
loss and hence have not been considered for admissibility.

• 1. RIM 2. TYRE 3. QUARTER PANEL LH4. front bumper lower panel

Kindly find the complete details in the attached Restricted Liability letter.

We regret that our response could not have been more favorable to you.

I am struggling to comprehend how your team and you can confidently assert that their stand is final without
physically inspecting the vehicle in question. It is disheartening to receive such a response, especially when I have
diligently been awaiting a fair assessment of the damages.
I urge you to prioritize the physical inspection of my vehicle at the earliest convenience to ensure a thorough and
accurate assessment of the damages. Additionally, I request a reconsideration of the disapproved parts, as their
exclusion from coverage seems unjustified without a proper inspection.
I trust that you will address this matter with the urgency and attention it deserves. Please provide me with an update on
the next steps and timeline for the physical inspection and resolution of my claim.
I am looking forward to your prompt action in resolving this matter. However, if this issue is not addressed in a timely
manner, I will be left with no choice but to escalate it to higher authorities for further assistance and resolution.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to urgently address the recent decision regarding my claim for damages
to my vehicle under policy number D099398396. I must express my disappointment with the delay in receiving the
approval, especially given the urgency of the situation.

I handed over my vehicle to the service center for assessment, claim processing, and repairs on February 13, 2024.
It has been approximately 10 days since then, and the delay in receiving the approval for the necessary repairs has
been incredibly disappointing.

While I appreciate the approval for the following-

1) FR Bumper Replace

2) FR Lower Bumper Replace

3) LH Fender D/P

4) LH FR Door D/P

5) LH FR Door Replace

6) LH Quarter Panel D/P

The decision regarding the quarter panel, front wheel rim and tire replacement remains unresolved. As per the
assessment conducted by your surveyor, Mr. Mritunjay, it was acknowledged that the front bumper and lower bumper
sustained damage due to the impact. However, I am puzzled by the decision not to approve the replacement of the
quarter panel, front wheel rim and tire, considering the nature of the incident.

Mr. Mritunjay himself acknowledged the impact from the front left side, which resulted in the approved replacement of
the front bumper. It is important to note that in such collisions, the force and angle of impact often lead to damages
across multiple components simultaneously.

Given this understanding, it is logical to conclude that the same impact that damaged the front bumper also affected
the quarter panel, front wheel rim and tire. It is not feasible for the bumper to sustain damage without any impact on
the adjacent rim and tire.

Therefore, I find the decision to deny the replacement of the quarter panel, front wheel rim and tire to be totally
appalling, illogical and unsubstantiated. The damages are clearly interconnected and should be treated as such in the
assessment process.

I kindly request an urgent reconsideration of the decision regarding quarter panel, front wheel rim and tire
replacement. I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and request swift resolution. Should you require any

We would like to update you again that Quarter panel ,Tyre & Rim was not found in line with
the current impact on vehicle as per the nature & cause of the loss in the vehicle as
mentioned therefore, we are unable to assess the both parts in our current assessment & our
approval remains the same as earlier.

But you only gave Claim Approval of LH fender ,LH Both doors ,& F.bumper painting.

You are requested to Give the work Approval of LH Quarter panel and Tyre & Alloy wheel but
you did not agree to give approval for this work.

Customers need clarification for not approving the work of LH quarter Panel and Tyre & Alloy
wheel.
