" Homemade Taco Seasoning "

Ingredients

- 60 grams chili powder (4 tablespoons)


- 30 grams ground cumin (2 tablespoons)
- 10 grams ground paprika (2 teaspoons)
- 10 grams salt (2 teaspoons)
- 10 grams black pepper (2 teaspoons)
- 5 grams garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- 5 grams onion powder (1 teaspoon)
- 5 grams crushed red pepper flakes (1 teaspoon, adjust to taste)
- 5 grams dried oregano (1 teaspoon)

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine the chili powder, ground cumin, ground paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic
powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and dried oregano.

2. Stir well until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

3. Store the homemade taco seasoning in an airtight container or jar.

Usage :

- To use the taco seasoning, add approximately 2 tablespoons (around 20 grams) of the mixture to
one pound (454 grams) of ground meat or your desired recipe.

- Adjust the amount of seasoning based on your taste preferences. You can start with less and add
more if desired.

- Cook the seasoned meat or incorporate the seasoning into your recipe as directed.

Note :
The calorie count will depend on the specific brands of ingredients used. As this is a seasoning
mixture, the calorie content is typically negligible when using the recommended serving size.
