Marketing Aspect

Current description of the market or industry

Lights are essential to all the people since it provides visibility to dark places and to

lighten up the surroundings. Many stores sell lamps that may vary in sizes and shapes such as

table lamps, desk lamps, bedside lamps, and floor-standing lamps, wall and ceiling lighting

fittings, and lamps for them via a digital channel. Lamps can range from a budget friendly price

to an expensive type of lamps. There are many companies who greatly contribute to the light

industry here in the Philippines such as Luxen Light Co., Voltaje Lighting Outlet, Gold Jade

Lighting deco are some store that offers variety of lighting decoations.

Lights especially the LED ones are being used in modern architecture and also a great

light source for homes. The use of LEDs offers multiple benefits, such as energy efficiency and

cost-effectiveness to the customers, providing impetus to the market growth of the product. The

LED lighting sector in the Philippines is also being fuelled by the government's effective

advertising and awareness programs to promote the use of energy-efficient lighting systems.

Demand

 The figure above shows the demand of the product. As you can see it is very high, we
added all the sales of the competitors of different stores who sells lamp. However, sales may go
up depending on the month such as February, May, June, July, and September until December.
Supply

As we can see the table above, our supply might be low since we are just starting our

business and also lacking the time, supplies, workers needed in the production process. The

supply rate can be high on the months of February and December because these are special

occasions such as the Valentine’s Day and Christmas season which consumers can buy as gifts for

someone.

The figure shows the demand and supply gap. As you can see the gap is slightly high from

the competitors since we are just starting as a business lacking the capital and supplies needed for

large number of production of products.

As we can see in the table above, Friendship has high sales compared to the other two

competitors. Friendship has 50% since they have high sales on lamp. Next, is Novo which takes

up 30% which is just average in sales and Pandayan that takes up 20% which makes them the

last.

Marketing programs and strategies

Product:
 The Cherry Blossom LED Night lamp is a beautiful and elegant product that is perfect for

creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere in any room. It features a delicate cherry blossom

online marketplaces such as WILIGHT fb page and also you can buy our product in bacal 3 and

Muñoz. We will also consider partnering with shopee to increase our retail presence.

Promotion:

To promote the Cherry Blossom LED Nightlamp, we used flyers and we will focus on

social media platforms such as Instagram, and Facebook. Additionally, we will utilize targeted

digital ads and influencer partnerships to increase prod cuts’ awareness and reach.

People:

We will train our sales team to be knowledgeable about the product and its benefits,

allowing them to provide excellent customer service and support.

Process:

Our ordering and shipping process will be efficient and streamlined to ensure a smooth

customer experience. We will also offer easy returns and exchanges for any customers who are

not satisfied with their purchase.

The process is straightforward. First, once the customer ordered from our business the

seller will prepare the product. Second, the product will be shipped to the designated location of

the customer. Third, is the payment process, it could through cash-on-delivery (COD), gcash,

paymaya, smartpay etc. And finally, the customer has already received the product he or she

ordered.

Physical Evidence:

To further enhance the product's appeal, we will provide high-quality images and videos

of the Cherry Blossom LED Nightlamp on our website and social media channels. Additionally,

we will encourage customers to leave reviews and testimonials, showcasing the lamp's quality

and functionality.
