0 Marketing Plan

3.1 Description of the Product

Tapfries is a combination of tapioca and fries. Tapioaca is guaranteed made from

gulaman, tapioca pearls, evap and condense milk, and mango. It is served cold and

tasty to satisfy everyone's taste and cravings, the maximum life span of the product will

last until 5 days. The coldness of the product will last 2 to 3 hours only. All ingredients

and the finish product must be refrigerated in a 10 degree temperature to avoid

spoilage. While fries, we offer two flavor such as barbecue and cheese flavor. The

suggested retail price of the product is 30 pesos. If the customers can purchase tapfries

in a minimum of 5 orders, they can get an additional 1 tapfries for free.

3.3 Target Market

The target people of TF Company does not focus on a particular age group,

gender, and interest. It considers adults and youngsters who are tapioca lovers and are

ready to order after visiting or standby in Zone Aris Brgy. Suarez, Iligan City.

TF Company decided to attract these categories of costumes, which are:

3.4 Market Area

TF Company focuses on some residents in Brgy. Suarez. Its primary market area

is at Zone Aries 1, Brgy. Suarez, Iligan City. TF company's reason is that Brgy. Suarez

doesn't have that many snacks area unlike other Brgy.

3.5 Distribution Strategy

The distribution of TF Company is focused in Zone Aris Brgy. Suarez, Iligan City

to sell the product and it serves as a permanent retail store location and available every

Saturday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

3.6 Promotional Measures

 The promotional measures that TF or Tapfries manufacturing business that will

be using are personal selling and sales promotion. Personal selling is a direct or face-

to-face approach in convincing the customers to buy our delicious products. It is the

best way to introduce the product that Topfries members implemented or made.

         The sales promotion is a short-term strategy to promote a product in order to

attract customers. Sales promotion includes giving coupons to those customers who will
buy our tapioca and fries more than two times. These measures can help us build up a

strong relationship among customers and make them come back even more

The purposes of using tarpaulin and coupons are important in a marketing

strategy. Using Tarpaulin is a basic way of promoting the product and getting the

attention of the target people. While using coupons, is a way of persuading loyal

customers to maintain their loyalty.

The company spent 300 on the Tarpaulin print. While in coupons, 150 pesos.

So, therefore, the total cost is 450.

TF Company indicates the promotional budgets during implementation days in

table 6. The company spent 300 on the Tarpaulin print for the information about the

3.7 Pricing Strategy

FT Company offers affordable price of the product. The pricing will be based

on the overall total expenses divided by the total units and add a mark-up to make a

profit. The company only add 65% to the original price which is 18.22 Therefore, the

retail price will be ₱30.00.
