PASSIVE FIREPROOFING:

• Monitoring the Pre-heating temperature requirement for fireproofing materials

• Ensuring Proper maintenance of the Plural component machine
• Periodic checking of the machine ratio and recording in the log register
• Arranging Passive Fireproofing Paint & Thinner materials at various site locations
• Giving instructions to the foremen about work plan, work location and production target
• Co-ordination with QC Personnel for PFP Subsequent coat inspections
• Following the ITP, Method Statement and QC Procedure
• Internal checking of Primer missing, Mesh Overlap, PFP damage before offering for
inspection
• Ensuring the prescribed DFT during Final Inspection
• Checking PFP Repair and damage areas to be done as per ITP
• Ensure Safety work practices and disbursing PPEs to the Workgroup
• Documenting Daily work progress
• Checking the Drawing for Fireproofing Application in the steel members
• Intimation of work site hazards and work deviation in site

INSULATION:

• Ensuring the Correct size of Rockwool to be installed in the respective pipelines.

• Ensuring the joints are correctly staggered and banded without any gap
• Ensuring not to use any damaged insulation for
• installation
• Proper Co-ordination with Insulation Engineer for insulation clarification on-site
• Ensuring Band and Screw installation in the cladding sheets
• Proper selection of material and size of the cladding sheet
• Ensure the stated overlapping requirements
• Proper implementation of the ITP, Method statement and QC Procedure
• Co-ordination with QC Personnel during inspection and rectifying the comments
