Thermal Analysis (DSC) test.

randomly checking for material identification of batch
number, manufacturing standard, date of manufacturing

after coating. Witness of Holiday detection done for 3LPP
coated pipe line.
• Check the cleanliness and roughness of blasted
surface as per the specification by Check the Chloride,
Cleanliness and Roughness of blasted surface as per the
specification and using replica tape.
• Witness of Holiday test (Low & High Voltage), Dolly,
Cross cut (adhesion).
• Maintain Calibration certificates of all Painting related
equipment and Paint and insulation material Batch
certificates.
• Punch Clear & Dossier submission.
• Review the isometric drawing piping for temperature
in insulation of the thermal HOT and Cold insulation.
• Surveillance the gab fault of insulation staggers line.
Measuring the standards of length of band or belt inside and
outside alignment of Insulation/Cladding weather jacketing.
• Inspection for flange and valve (Hot and Cold
Insulation Box).
• TML points installation as per specification review by
TML Drawing.
