JUSTIFICATION

To Whom It May Concern:

This is to justify that the Teachers of Anitapan Elementary School, Anitapan, Mabini,
Davao De Oro were in the school last February 6 - 7 & 12 - 13, 2024 but there is no time
reflected on the biometrics generated due to power interruption on the said dates.

Attached herewith is the photocopy of our logbook duly signed by the School Principal.

This justification is issued on the 1 st day of March 2024 at Anitapan Elementary School,
Mabini, Davao de Oro.
