Power of Attorney

I, Ms. Ruby Dhirajkumar Bhatia, Age 38 years, daughter of Late Mr. Dhirajkumar Vithalbhai Bhatia and
wife of Mr. Hiteshbhai Thomasbhai Macwan, age 37 years, residing at 18421 Arline Ave, Artesia,
California 90701, son of Mr. Thomasbhai A. Macwan hereby declared Mr. Bobby Dhirajkumar Bhatia, Age
40 years son of Late Mr. Dhirajkumar Bhatia, residing 18, Ravikunj society, Padhria, Anand, Gujarat, India
388001, and Mr. Pravinbhai Vithalbhai Bhatia, age 61 years, son of Late. Mr. Vithalbhai P. Bhatia, living B-
1/8 Satalaj Society, Keshavnagar, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, 3880027 as authorized persons.
The authorized persons must act jointly with the consent of the other authorized person on behalf of
me. This Power of Attorney shall be affected by my subsequent physical or mental incapacity.

The above-mentioned authorized persons shall have full power and authority to act on my behalf related
to our jointly own family property 18, Ravikunj Society, Padhria, Anand, Gujarat, India 388001. This
power and authority shall authorize the above-mentioned persons to manage and conduct all affairs and
to exercise all my legal rights and powers that I may acquire in the future related to our jointly own
family property 18, Ravikunj society, Padhria, Anand, Gujarat, India 388001.

The authorized persons’ power and responsibilities are only for our jointly own family property 18,
Ravikunj society, Padhria, Anand, Gujarat, India 388001, shall include, but not be limited to, the
power/responsibility to:

i. Real property all types of transactions

ii. Tangible property, all types of expenses and financial liabilities
iii. Property claims, management, maintenance decisions, act, financial transactions
iv. Responsible for Property tax, legal and other documents, and responsibilities
v. Authorized persons have the right to take a loan from the bank, leasing the property or sell
the property but must act jointly with the consent of the other authorized person.
vi. After taking loan, I, Ms. Ruby Dhirajkumar Bhatia, age 38 years, daughter of Late Mr.
Dhirajkumar Vithalbhai Bhatia and my husband Mr. Hiteshbhai Thomasbhai Macwan, son of
Mr. Thomasbhai A. Macwan are not responsible for any types of financial interactions.

This power of Attorney shall not be construed broadly as a General Power of Attorney. This Power of
Attorney shall become effective immediately and shall be affected by my disability or lack of mental
competence, except as may be provided otherwise by an applicable state statute. This Power of Attorney
is subject to termination immediately in case of any misconduct, misuse or any other than the
mentioned power or responsible, legal, or financial matter without my knowledge and subject to take
any necessary legal action.

This is a Durable Power of Attorney shall continue effective until my death. This Power of Attorney may
be revoked by me at any time by providing written notice to the authorized persons.
