Formation of Adhoc Executive Committee (Term 2023-25) of IIA
Uttarakhand Chapter pursuant to First GBM of Term 2023-25
Pursuant to deliberations held under Agenda Item No 06 of the First General Body Meeting
(GBM) of Term 2023-25 for the IIA Uttarakhand Chapter, it was decided with unanimous
support of all present attendees of the (convened) meeting that an Adhoc Executive Committee
of the following Member Composition be formed and tasked with the management of affairs and
business of the Chapter till a Full Time Executive Committee replaces the former (adhoc
committee).

● Sl. No. 01 to 05 have been carried forward from the Previous Term;
● Sl. No. 06 comprises all Members who comprised the final list of Elected Candidates after the recently concluded
IIA Elections (Term 2023-25) which have subsequently been set aside by the SGBM No. 01 of Term 2020-22, for
the Uttarakhand Chapter convened at 11 AM on 07 July 2023.

As per preference advice/ directions of the General Body of IIA Uttarakhand Chapter, the Chair
of the said First GBM, has had consented to the formation of the aforementioned committee with
immediate effect, till further instructions/ notice. Minutes of First GBM will follow later as per
due procedure.
