THE TOUR MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

This contract is entended into between Mr. Cole Dajer and Mr.Mohamed Anass Naimi as of
04/10/2017.

SERVICES TO BE RENDERED:

The Manager agrees to provide professional tour management services for Artist/Band s
upcoming tour (Tour) schedule as planned between 05/12/2017 till 26/03/2018. The specific
duties and responsibilities of the Manager shall include, but are not limited to:

 1. Coordinating logistics and travel arrangements for the Tour, including booking flights,
hotels, and transportation for the Artist and crew members.
 2. Overseeing Tour budgeting, financial management, and expense tracking, ensuring
adherence to the allocated budget.
 3. Liaising with performance venues, promoters, and vendors to ensure smooth
execution of all performances and the proper setup of media equipment and set.
 4. Managing tour personnel, including crew members, security, and other support staf,
and coordinal their scheduling and overseeing their performance.
 5. Assisting with the management of merchandise sales inventory control, and sales
tracking.
 6. Handling day to day operations, troubleshooting issues, and providing onsite support
during the Tour.
 7. Maintaining open communication with the Artist, addressing concerns, and providing
regular updates of the Tour's progress.
COMPENSATION:

In consideration for the services rendered by the Manager, the Artist agrees to pay a total
compensation of [Agreed Amount] for the duration of the Tour. The compensation includes
and shall be paid as follows:

PAY:
[Payment Structure, weekly, Per performance] payments to be made to the Tour Manager
within 90 days of the completion of each billing period.
EXPENSES:
Reimbursement of all rpre-approved expenses incurred by the Tour Manager in connection
with the Tour, including travel, accommodation, and meals.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This contract shall commencer on the effective Date and shall continue until the completion
of the Tour on [End Date], unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions stated
below:

 1. Either Party may terminate this contract upon 90 days written notice to the other
Party.
 2. In the event of a material breach of this contract by either Party, the nonbreaching
party may terminate this contract with immediate effect by written notice to.
 3. Upon termination, the Artist/Band shall pay any outstanding compensation owed to
the Manager up to and including the termination date.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

 During the course of providing the services, the Manager may have access to
confidential information wich belongs to the Artist, including but not limited to
financial records, tour finances, and business strategies. The Manager agrees to
maintain strict confidentiality and shall not disclose or use such information for any
purpose other than fulfilling their duties under this contract, except with the prior
written consent of the Artist or as required by law of the Quebec province laws.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONs:

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [QUEBEC,
CANADA]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of theQuebec courts.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This contract constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any
prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. Any
modifications or amendments to this contract must be made in writing and signed by both
parties.

French/English clause:
Les parties y consenting contract que le present contract said regide en Anglais.
The Partis contract be unwritten in the English language
