1. This is to inform the field the School Assignment of Room Examiners and
Room Supervisors of the upcoming administration of the Early Language Literacy
and Numeracy Assessment for SY 2018-2019, National Achievement Test for Grade
6 and Grade 10 for SY 2018-2019, and Basic Education Exit Assessment for Grade
12 for SY 2019-2020.

2. The School Head of the Testing Center shall serve as the Chief Examiner and
shall oversee the conduct of the test in the school.

Supervisors.

4. Expenses relative to the conduct of these activities shall be charged to

Division/School MOOE/local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing
rules and regulations.

5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are

desired.
