Hereto attached are the guidelines and suggested format in making an income-generating project. proposal and narrative report for use as reference by the concerned EPP/TLE/TVE/TVL teachers of this Division, 2. An Income-Generating Project is one of the support activities for EPP/TLE/TVE/TVL subjects to provide additional learning experiences in skills, desirable attitude and acquire knowledge particularly in the field of entrepreneurship and generate income to finance 2 certain program or project of the class/es or school. This is a springboard to develop more the learner’s manipulative and entrepreneurial learnings to venture future business opportunities. 3. Bymerely referring to the simplified format, the teachers will have a ready reference and facilitate in doing so. The purpose of this suggested format: = Equips the teachers with the necessary knowledge, skills, attitude and guide in making an income generating initiative; ~ Facilitates the checking of submitted IGP proposal before its approval by the Di personnel concerned; and = Provides additional learning experiences on the part of the students through the teachers who will conduct an IGP. ion Office 4, Attached hereto are the inclosures to this memorandum. 5. However, the additional learning experiences acquired by the students is more important than profit. For purposes of future professional growth of the proponent/s, he/she must achieve the profit quota set by the Division Office regarding IGP; = The duration of IGP will depend upon its purpose and to be reflected in the Ghant chart; = The school facilities, laboratory area (gardens for agriculture, shops, canteen, etc) and other resources may be used/utilized in the conduct of IGP. However, the laboratory area for EPP/TLE/TVE/TVL will not be sacrificed in favor of the proposed IGP activity; = The DepEd programs and projects with financial assistance such as gulayan sa paaralan, feeding program and others are not included in IGP initiative; = The expenses of IGP must be assumed by the proponent/s subject for reimbursement from the ‘generated income while the profit will be utilized according to the proceeds of the IGP. In some instance, if the school will finance the IGP, then the proceeds of the generated income must be utilized for school projects/initiatives. = Preferably, purchase of additional tools and instructional materials is one of the objectives in IGP; = Bank book or other proof of evidence of financial transaction rel = General safety of the students and other cooperators is a must; ~The students/learners must be directly involved in IGP. However, in some instances the involvement of parents and other stakeholders is requested.
