Technical Manual for Students

Log-in with your credentials which are:

USERNAME: your email-address (given to us in the registration form)
PASSWORD: YouthTeamUp2024!
Upon first Log-In you will then be automatically guided to reset your
password and create your own new password. Please pay attention the
guidelines for safe passwords on Gibbon (1 number, 1 symbol and 1
uppercase, minimum 8 character). Click then ‘submit’.
After successful reset you see the green message and you can start
using the system.
You find your relevant course and learning units under Free Learning in the
Menu ‘LEARN’.
When clicking on Free Learning you will find the unit overview as follows:
You can choose one unit by clicking on it.
The unit will open and you can see the outline in the tab ‘Unit Overview’.
In order to see the Content, you will have to enrol via the enrol tab.

Please note:

• You can choose any of the

given mentor names.

• Please select ‘Individual’.

You receive then a message (in green) that you are enrolled and can access
the tabs ‘Content’ and ‘Resources’. That is where you will find all
information about the learning units.
After completing the unit you can submit your evidence under the same
tab ‘Enrol’. Submit here whatever evidence is required in the unit (a link or
file) as well as a short comment and click ‘submit’.
The unit “Interactive Matchmaking Sessions” does not contain any learning
content. Here you find a link to the video call platform Jitsi where you can
virtually meet your peers 3 times a week.
