The following selected candidates are hereby appointed temporarily to officiate as
"Assistant Section Officer" in the Court's Establishment under Special Recruitment
Drive pursuant to Court's Advertisement No. 07 /2023 in the Scale of Pay of Rs.35,400-
1,72,4OO/- in Level-9 of the Pay Matrix with usual allowances as sanctioned by the State
Government from time to time. The appointment is purely temporar5r and is terminable at
any time without assigning any reason whatsoever. They should join their new
assignment on O1.O3.2o.24 failing which the appointment shall be treated as cancelled.
The said appointment shall be on probation for a period of 2 (Two) years from the
date of appointment, provided that the appointing authority may, if it thinks fit in any
case or class of cases, extend the period of probation.

The following documents are required to be furnished by the candidates at the time
of joining;
1. "Attestation Form" in duplicate duly filled in along with two passport size
photographs duly attested by a Geaetted Officer.
2. Medical Certificate of fitness from a Medical practitioner not below the rank of
Assistant Surgeon.
3. Two Character Certificates from two Gazetted Officers.
4. Declaration to the effect that he/she has not been dismissed from any Govt.
service.
5. Declaration to the effect that he/she has not more than one spouse living in case
he/she is married.
6. Certificates in support of his/her date of birth, caste, educational qualification,
technical qualification etc. and Mark Sheets, in original along with their copies duly
attested.
7. Undertaking to the effect that he/she agrees and is prepared to duly discharge the
duties assigned to him/her by the Court in course of his/her posting.
8. No Objection Certificate of the previous employer (wherever applicable).

The appointment is subject to verification of all the certificates along with the
character and antecedents of the incumbent in the manner prescribed by the
Government. In case the certificates, character and antecedents a.re not found
correct/satisfactory, the incumbent will be removed from Government service immediately
without any notice.

No T.A./D.A.will be allowed to join the post.
