Hanoi Power Grid Project Management Board (PMB) would like to extend respectful
greetings to HGU.
Pursuant to the meeting on November 16, 2021 between Hanoi Metropolitan Railway
Management Board (MRB), PMB and HGU on the resolution of the conflict at the location of
the station S10 between the Hanoi Pilot Light Metro Line Project, section Nhon – Hanoi station
and the undergrounding of transmission line 110V Thanh Cong - Giam project.
Pursuant to Letter No. HGU-MLT-00524-23-V dated July 14, 2023 from the Contractor
responding to letter No. 1230/EVNHANOIPMB-KHVT dated June 20, 2023 from the Project
Management Board. Accordingly, HGU, the contractor, intends to finish soil treatment at both
ends of station S10 by the end of April 2024 and the suitable timeframe for the Project
Management Board to proceed with the undergrounding of the Thanh Cong - Giam 110kV line
is anticipated to be after the completion of the soil treatment.
The Project management board (PMB) is currently taking preparations to commence the
undergrounding of transmission line 110kV Thanh Cong - Giam project (scheduled to begin in
the second quarter of 2024.)
For safety assurance of the undergrounding of transmission line 110kV project and
relevant infrastructure connection, PMB requests HGU’s opinion on the anticipated date of
handing over the S10 station infrastructure to facilitate the PMB in proceeding with the
undergrounding of the 110kV Thanh Cong - Giam transmission line project.
PMB looks forward to receiving HGU’s attention and assistance.
