The Anne Hartley Agency is a multi-disciplinary organization led by Anne Hartley,

which is a well-established organization that offers services covering workshops, consulting,

publishing, and therapy primarily in athletic and manual therapy. The agency offers counsel for

both professionals seeking professional support and people seeking solutions in therapy through

the dual approach of educational resources and clinical practices (Anne Hartley Agency, 2023).

In the context of this situation, the objectives of the project are designed to strengthen the

agency, extend its reach to the market, ensure its protection of intellectual property, and, improve

its online presence.

Strengthen Operational Efficiency and Market Reach

One of the principal strategic objectives is to enhance the operational efficiency of the

Anne Hartley Agency along with increasing its market join. The project objectives include
