DAILY ACTIVITY REPORT

1.PSV

 Only AHU-7 WORKING


 All AHUs bag and HEPA filter are dirty.
 All FCU filters are dirty.
 In basement all thermostats are in off condition.
 PSV-FAHU-1 FILTER FULLY BLOCKED.
 AHU-2 blower pully jam.

POTABLE WATER SUPPLY

 In main tank water is 90%.


 In soft water tank water level is 90%.
 Transfer pump is at OFF mode
 Softener water pump is in off position
 Water heater (1,2,3 and 4) are ON.
 Booster pumps are on.
 EWH are in auto position.
 Hot water circulation pump 1,2,3 and 4 in auto mode.
 Cold water circulation pump is in off position.
 In swimming pool Room one pump is working
 Heat exchanger 2 secondary side temperature gauge not visible.
 No chemical available in dosing tank.

FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AND FIRE FIGHTING

 Fire Alarm system panel is active


 FM 200 is not energized in IDF room and Electrical room.
 Fire extinguishers are not available in the cabinet.
 Supervisory 3, troubles 122.
 There was a fire alarm at night around 1:00am due to se

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

 Main power supply is on.


 Visually checked the SMDB, DB, SOCKETS and SWITCHES.
 Emergency exit lights are working.
 UDBA-PSV-B1,2 breakers are in off condition,
 SMDB-PSV-SEC 2 breakers are off.
 SMDB-PSV-B-KIT, 3 breakers are in off status.
 DB-PSV-B.CS-1,1 Breaker is off.
 DB-PSV-B.CS-2, 3 Breakers off.
SMDB-PSV-B.KIT, 3 breakers are off.

MECHANICAL SYSTEM

 All AHUS Actuators are not fix on his place.


 FCU Elect rical + IDF room both drain not connected to main drain.
 KAHU-1 Hanging position no filter inside.
 FAHU all filters chocked so it is in off position.
 All AHU UV light not fixed except 4.
 AHU 1,2,4,5,7 + FAHU 1 all missing rubber balancing pads, need to be fixed due to
which doors are not closing properly.
 AHU 6 inner light switch damage.
 AHU 8 door lock damage.
 One of the tertiary chilled water pumps is off and other on manual status.

CIVIL

 Upside of AHU 1 rain water drain pipe end plug is missing.


 Main sitting and dining area wooden floor and marble floor having level issue
 SP room jacuzzi water tank foundation pad one side finishing pending.
 Elevator door in basement having scratches because door touch with side panel.
 Basement bath room door have hole up to the lock.
 Ground floor kitchen wall tiles broken due to providing missing water points.
 Top of AHU 1 having seepage from roof.
 There is seepage in the wall supporting landing of stair case 1.

ANM

POTABLE WATER SUPPLY

 In main tank water is 90%.


 Transfer pump is at auto mode.
 In soft water tank water level is 90%.
 Softener water pump is in on position
 Cold water booster pumps are OFF.
 Sewage pumps are OFF position.

ANM-AHU-02 is working but bag filter is in dirty condition.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

 Main power supply is on.


 Visually checked the SMDB, DB, SOCKETS and SWITCHES.
 Emergency exit lights are working.
 DB-ANM-G1, main breakers are in off condition,
 DB-ANM-G2, 2 breakers tripped.

CIVIL

 Stairs are not finished properly need paint touchup.


 In basement floor needs to be epoxy painted.
 Leakage from aquarium filtration inlet pipe joint.
 Greece interceptor covers missing.
 Animal area wooden ceiling have holes left.

 Supervisory 3, troubles 8.

RGC

MECHANICAL SYSTEM

 RGC-FAHU-1 IS ON
 But the filters are dirty.

POTABLE WATER SUPPLY

 Transfer pump is in on position.


 In main tank water is 70%.
 In main tank water is 90%
 Cold water booster pump 1 and 2 are in on condition
 Soft water pump 1 and 2 are at off position.
 Sewage pump is not available.
 Basement thermostat is not working.

FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AND FIRE FIGHTING

 Fire Alarm system panel is active.


 Supervisory 8, troubles 8 and ground 1.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

 Main power supply is on.


 Visually checked the SMDB, DB, SOCKETS and SWITCHES.
 Emergency exit lights are working.
 DB-RGC-G-CL-2 1 breaker is in off condition.
 SMDB-RGC-SEC, 1 breaker is in off status.

CIVIL
 Heat exchanger inlet pipe have leakage near the wall
 The floor near AHU have grove needs to be repaired

RCB

Potable water supply

 In main tank water is 70%.


 Transfer pump is on.
 In soft water tank water level is 90%.
 Water heaters are in on position.
 Booster pumps are in on position.
 Circulation pumps are in on position.
 Sewage pump level is 20%

MECHANICAL SYSTEM

 Heat exchanger tertiary pump 1 is off and second is running in manual condition
 All AHUS are in on position except AHU-KIT-1
 KFAHU AND AHU KITCHEN aluminum filter dusty condition.
 Water feature circulation pumps off
 Filtration system is off.
 All thermostats are working.
 There is no access to thermostat of bedroom RB-G13.
 RCB-AHU1,2,3 all filters are dirty.
 Somebody changed the set points of thermostat.

FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AND FIRE FIGHTING

 Fire Alarm system panel is active.


 Supervisory 1, Others 3, troubles 12.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

 Main power supply is on.


 Visually checked the SMDB, DB, SOCKETS and SWITCHES.
 Emergency exit lights are working.
 SMDB-RB-B-KIT-1, 1 breaker is in off status.
 SMDB-RB-B3, 1 breaker is in off status.

PMV

 The fan coil units working


 PMV-KFAHU-1 inlet temperature gauge not working
 All AHU and FAHU heaters are OFF.
 KFAHU 1 drain line support not done properly
 Duct insulation not done properly.
 All AHU UV light not fixed.
 All AHUs and KFAHU are working.

POTABLE WATER SUPPLY

 In main tank water is 90%.


 Transfer pump is on.
 In soft water tank water level is 90%.
 Water heaters are in auto mode position.
 Booster pumps are in on position.
 Circulation pumps are in on position.
 Sump pump is not available in the pit.
 Pressure gauge of hot water circulation pump 1 is not working

FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AND FIRE FIGHTING


 Fire Alarm system panel is active
 There are 4 supervisory, and 8 troubles on panel.
 Cylinder pressure FM 200 is ok. (IDF room is energized and electrical room not energized).
 Hose reel available.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
 Main power supply is on.
 Visually checked the SMDB, DB, SOCKETS and SWITCHES.
 Emergency exit lights are working.
 Wire pulling in a conduit pipe but no connection near AHU-3.
 All DB’s are charged.
 DBA-PMV-G2 2 breakers off for exercise hall and app recline personal.
 UDBA-PMV-B, 1 breaker is in off condition, for Xray machine.
 DB-PMV-FAC door handle not working properly
 Wire pulling without any connection near Water Heater 2
 Power socket cover not fixed in cinema hall
 Isolator of AHU is not fixed just lying on the ground
 SMDB-PMV-B, 2 breakers are off (ISP-PMV-B1 and ISP-PMV-G2) ISP panel is not installed
yet.
 Industrial socket damaged in mechanical area near heat exchanger.
 SMDB-PMV-AHU all breakers on.
 ISP-PMV Panel 1 tag is wrong i.e. ISP-PSV.
 One of the ceiling lights is not working, above AHU-2.

CIVIL

 Construction team cut gypsum board near heat exchanger still not rectified.
 Door lock not working in kitchen basement area.
 Mech area floor slope is not proper for drain.

DTV

NO ACCESS

BOH

 The fan coil units are not working


 All AHU heaters are off.
 Duct insulation not done properly.
 All generators are in off position.
 All AHU UV light not fixed.
 FAHU-GF1 is in on condition
 No filter installed in AHUS until now so they are not operational.
 Chillers are in off condition.
 New Pre and Bag filters are installed in AHUS.
 Primary and secondary chilled water pumps are in off condition.

POTABLE WATER SUPPLY

 In potable water main tank 1, water level is 2.4m.


 In potable water main tank 2, water level is 2.4m.
 All fire pumps are in off mode except jockey pump.
 Cold water Transfer pump is on.
 Water heaters are not energized.
 Irrigation Booster pumps are on.
 Softener is not installed.
 Cold water Circulation pumps are in off position.
 Submersible pump 3,4&5 are in off condition.
 In BOH generator room DG 6 & 4 pipe line leakage feeding from diesel tank.

FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AND FIRE FIGHTING

 Fire Alarm system panel is not active


 FM200 is not energized.

FMV

 The fan coil units are not working


 All AHU heaters are off.
 Duct insulation not done properly.
 All AHU UV light not fixed.
 All AHUs are in on position except FAHU-1,2&3.
 Temperature gauge of AHU-6,7 is not working.
 Most of the hepa filters gauges are not working.
 Most of the hepa filters are dirty.
 Heat exchanger temperature gauge is not available.

POTABLE WATER SUPPLY

 There is no temperature gauge for heat exchanger 1 and 2.


 Portable water storage tank level is 90%.
 Softener is not installed.
 Softener water pump is in Auto position.
 Electric water heaters are in Auto position except EWH 1
 Cold water Circulation pumps are in off position.
 Hot water Circulation pumps are in auto position except pump 1 and 2.
 Chemical container is empty, chemical indicator off, system UV sterilizer off.
FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AND FIRE FIGHTING

 Fire Alarm system panel is active


 Supervisory 13, troubles 11.
 FM200 is not energized.
 Fire alarm shows on panel.
