INDICATES RED LIGHT.

YELLOW : SYSTEM IS ON

GREEN: ON GOING SERVICE

If the operation is on going the Yellow


Indicator Light will stop lighting and the
Green will light.

1SF – 1 NORMAL PRESSURE: 14-15 psi

1SF – 2 NORMAL PRESSURE: 10-12 psi

2SF – 1 NORMAL PRESSURE: 34 psi

NORMAL PRESSURE: 34 psi

MF NORMAL PRESSURE: 28 psi

RO NORMAL PRESSURE: 50 psi

1SF-1 = 1ST Stage Filter - 1 continuously increase, please do

2SF-2 = 2ND Stage Filter - 2 OGF, MF, RO contact FILCHEMTECH

START UP OPERATION:
1. Turn ON main breaker located beside the wall.

2. Open control panel and turn ON breakers of the following:

-Main CB, RWP1, RWP2, FFP, HPP, System CB, DP 1&2, DP 3&4

NOTE: DO NOT turn ON breaker of EP and BW. EP is spare ONLY while BW is for BACKWASH OPERATION
ONLY.

OPERATION: AUTO
1. Select selector switch of “SYS SW” (System Switch) to A (Auto).

- SYS ON and SYS Power

2. During automatic operations, the process of treatment will now be on going.

OPERATION: MANUAL
Manual operations is to test all pumps manually if all are functioning well.

1. Turn selector switch of “SYS SW” to M (MANUAL)

2. Turn selector switch of RWP 1 SW (Raw Water Pump 1 Switch) to M (Manual)

3. Turn selector switch of RWP 2 SW (Raw Water Pump 2 Switch) and DP 1-2 SW (Dosing Pump 1-2
Switch) to M (Manual). This two selector switches are partners. So we should turn on both selector
switches.

4. Turn selector switch of FFP SW (Filter Feed Switch), DP 3-4 SW (Dosing Pump 3-4), and HPP SW
(High Pressure Pump) to M (Manual).

Note: DO NOT turn selector switch of EP SW and BW SW to M (Manual).

SHUTDOWN OPERATION:
OPERATION: AUTO (DAILY ROUTINE)

1. Select selector switch of “SYS SW” (System Switch) to O (OFF).

2. Turn OFF breakers of the following in the control panel:

- Main CB, RWP1, RWP2, FFP, HPP, System CB, DP 1&2, DP 3&4

3. Turn OFF main breaker beside the wall.

4. Lock control panel.

OPERATION: AUTO (LONG VACATION)

1. Select selector switch of “SYS SW” (System Switch) to O (OFF).

2. Turn OFF breakers of the following in the control panel:

-- Main CB, RWP1, RWP2, FFP, HPP, System CB, DP 1&2, DP 3&4

3. Turn OFF main breaker beside the wall.

4. Lock control panel.

5. DRAIN the existing water on the tanks of RWT (Raw Water Tank) and MT (Mixing Tank) by
turning the 3 pcs of gate valves counter clockwise. This is to secure the smell of the area during
long vacations.

OPERATION: MANUAL (DAILY ROUTINE)

Manual operations is to test all pumps manually if all are functioning well

1. Turn selector switch to “O” (OFF) of FFP SW (Filter Feed Switch), DP 3-4 SW (Dosing Pump 3-4), and
HPP SW (High Pressure Pump).

2. Turn selector switch to “O” (OFF) of RWP 2 SW (Raw Water Pump 2 Switch) and DP 1-2 SW (Dosing
Pump 1-2 Switch).

3. Turn selector switch to “O” (OFF) of RWP 1 SW (Raw Water Pump 1 Switch) to M (Manual)

4. Turn selector switch of “SYS SW” to O (OFF).

5. Turn OFF main breaker beside the wall.

6. Lock control panel.


OPERATION: MANUAL (LONG VACATION):
Same as Daily manual shutdown operation. Additional: DRAIN the existing water on the tanks of RWT
(Raw Water Tank) and MT (Mixing Tank) by turning the 3 pcs of gate valves counter clockwise. This
is to secure the smell of the area during long vacations.

TIMERS:
During automatic operations:

TIMER 1: Auto- after 10 seconds the RWP 1 and RWP 2 will operates.

TIMER 2: After RWP 1 and RWP 2 operates, it takes also 10 seconds to automatically pumps the FFPand
HHP.

TIMER 3: If any tank is in LOW LEVEL, it will buzz for a few seconds and RED indicator will light.

If the tanks reaches its normal level, the RED light will stop and it will back again to operate.

DOSING TANKS: (Oxidizing agent and ph Adjuster)


MUST not be lower than 25 liters.

OPERATION: BACKWASH
Check gate valves of either 1SF or 2SF if it is open or close.

1. Turn ON BW breaker on the control panel.

2. Switch SYS SW to “M” Manual.

3. Switch the BW SW (Backwash Switch) to “M” Manual.

4. Operate for at least 3 to 5 minutes.

SHUTDOWN AFTER BACKWASH.


1. Switch selector switch of BW SW (Backwash Switch) to OFF.

2. Switch OFF SYS SW

3. OFF breaker of BW.

4. Check gate valves and DON’T FORGET to return it to its orientation for normal operation.
GREEN LIGHTS: RED LIGHTS:

SYS ON = System is ON. SYS POWER = System is ON.


RWP 1 ON = Raw Water Pump 1 is ON RWT 1 LL = Raw Water Tank 1 is LOW LEVEL
RWP 2 ON = Raw Water Pump 2 is ON RWT 2 LL = Raw Water Tank 2 is LOW LEVEL
DP 1-2 ON = Dosing Pump 1-2 is ON DT 1-2 LL = Dosing Tank 1-2 is LOW LEVEL
FFP ON = Filter Feed Pump is ON TRWT LL = Filter Feed Tank is LOW LEVEL
DP 3-4 ON = Dosing Pump 3-4 DT 3-4 LL = Dosing Tank 3-4 LOW LEVEL
HPP ON = High Pressure Pump is ON HPT LL = High Pressure Tank is LOW LEVEL
EP ON = SPARE EPT LL = SPARE
BWP ON = Backwash Pump is ON BWT LL = Backwash Tank is LOW LEVEL
