Lesson Activity Scripting


Teacher had students sit in a circle and passed out a letter while
teacher sang melody of piece. Teacher had students pass letter to
person beside them. Person beside them would go a round a pick
another person to give the letter to while teacher snag the song.
Teacher then had students sing the song with notation/lyrics on the
big screen. Teacher then did “fill in the blank singing” with
students. Teacher then had students return to their seats and asked
them to pull up the various instruments. Teacher then taught
students the second and third parts and split students up into melody
and second part/ melody and third. Teacher then had students
transfer this to the digital percussion. Teacher then had students plit
themselves up into the three different parts. Teacher then had
everyone singing and playing together.
