Introduction
Warehousing primarily refers to the storage of goods. the warehouses are one of the major segments of the
rapidly glowing logistics industries. this warehouse has been constructed to provide non-hazzard storage
materials. The owners have given on rent the storage space to the bajaj electricals. The bajaja electricals will store
their non-hazzard material and non-perishable materials.

cost of construction = the building was constructed in the year 2012 & the cost incurred at the time
= RS. 4,75,000,00.00
Total cost of project/warehouse = 240000000 + 47500000
= RS. 287500000.00(twenty eight crore seventy five lacs only)

at a rate 13-15% of the GDP. Warehouse is the most important auxiliary
service for development of trade and commerce.india is one of the largest

About the building
constructions :- the building is having two entries, one in front 30 feet wide and second in rear
20 feet wide.building structure is R.C.C. columns supporting steel trusses for
A.C. sheeds roofing.the total height of the building is 8.80 mt.it is enclosed by
9 inches brick wall plastered all around.
