SCHOOL DISCIPLINE AND CODE OF CONDUCT

Dear Parents,

As a school community, we believe that a strong code of conduct and discipline is essential
to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all of our students. To that end,
we are requesting that all parents of our students sign the following code of conduct and
discipline:
● Punctuality and regularity in attendance is essential. School gates will close at sharp
8:00 AM. Any students who arrive later than this will be sent back home.
● Students who have been absent the previous day must bring an application signed by the
parents or in case of illness, a Medical Certificate signed by an authorized medical
professional, should also be sent.
● Leaving early without any genuine reason is discouraged. In the case mentioned, a proper
application from the parents must be submitted to the school office.
● A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory to be eligible to appear in the examination.
● Students must come to school in neatly laundered uniforms and polished uniform shoes.
Hair should be trimmed and the nails must be cut regularly.
● Students must speak in a decent language all the time. They must ensure that their speech
