Dear Parents,

Greetings!

We would like to inform you that we will be having a Christmas Party scheduled on December
15, 9:00 AM. This is to promote camaraderie among students and faculty and to celebrate
Christmas.
Please be guided by the guidelines stated here for the said event.
TIME AND ATTENDANCE
● The Christmas party is on December 15,2023; 9AM-12NN inside their classroom.
● Students are expected to be on time in school as the adviser needs to check the attendance
for monitoring purposes.
● Students’ participation is voluntary.
● The students will go home at 12NN.

FOOD
• Each section will follow potluck party given that the students will have equal amount of
contribution.
• Contribution will be based on the discretion of each section based on the class size and with
sensitivity to capability of each one.
• In line with potluck party, the safety and cleanliness of the foods must be observed at all
times.
EXCHANGE GIFT
● Students’ participation is voluntary, and the cost of the gifts may range from P150 to P300
ONLY.
● Students may also use the White Elephant setup.

DRESS CODE
● Revealing clothes are prohibited, and security’s dress code in the campus must still be
observed.
● Unnecessary props or accessories like gun toys, sword, etc. are discouraged.

CLASSROOM DECORATIONS AND MATERIALS

● Use of double adhesive/double-sided tapes, oil/solvent-based paints, or anything that can
affect the classroom’s walls and boards are prohibited.
● Clean the classroom after use and use of garbage bag is recommended.
● Classes can bring simple/ regular speakers as long as it is clear that any loss or damaged of
the said item is not the school’s liability, the owner is the sole liable for it.
● Moderate volume of speakers/ sounds must be observed during the event.
