Each student in second year is required to sign up for ministry formation program. Each student's
ministry assignment is to be systematic (at least one hour per week for non-credit BA prerequisite, two
hours for 1/2 credit, and four hours per week for 1 credit), require preparation, be adequately supervised,
benefit the recipient, and contribute to the student's development of ministry skills through the ministerial
field work. Ministry assignments should involve students in ministries consistent with their majors. This
form is due within two weeks after the beginning of the semester. Return the completed form to the
school office.
