I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Sophia Popovich. I have had the pleasure of knowing
her for the last couple of years, during which she has served as a leader for her fellow teachers
within her district as they participate in our Cypress College Program. Ms. Popovich has
consistently shown exceptional skills that helped increase participation in our cybersecurity
program among her students and others at her school. Her enthusiasm has been a significant
motivator for her own students as well as past and new students who have joined the
cybersecurity program competition at her site.

Ms. Popovich's innovative spirit, attention to detail, and strong work ethic make her an asset to
any team. She has a remarkable ability to create a successful team of students who are eager to
learn and confident in their abilities, which our Cypress College team notices during training.
Additionally, she is an excellent communicator and collaborator, who is always willing to lend a
helping hand and share her experience with others. This was especially emphasized this year as
she helped with onboarding three new additional teachers to be part of the cybersecurity program
here at Cypress College.

Throughout her time in our program, she has consistently been an effective communicator,
bridging the gap between our college, the students, and their families. Her passion for expanding
opportunities for her students is evident in her commitment and dedication to our program.
