It cures to a hard, tough, smooth finish and has outstanding resistance to chemicals, abrasion, impact.

Recommended Use As a heavy duty middle coat on concrete floors subjected to heavy wear and tear. Used place

where high impact and chemical resistance in loading areas is required. Excellent for laboratory floors, nuclear

power plant, hospital, electronic, chemical plant, pharmaceutical, etc.

* Remarks *

Unipoxy Lining can be occurred poor adhesion and cracking at apid temperature changes cold storage condition

Do not coat of paint.

Flash Point Base (PTA) : 25 ℃/77 ℉ (Closed cup)

\
Curing Agent (PTB) : 25 ℃/77℉(Closed cup)

Application Details

Surface Remove any oil and grease from surface to be coated with clean rage soaked in Thinner No. 003 or Toluene. Do not
Preparation apply coating unless concrete has cured at least 28 days at 20℃/68℉ and below 80% R.H or equivalent. The surface
moisture must be below 6%. The surface should be free of laitance. This can be accomplished by finishing technique,

abrasive blasting, grinding or acid-etching.

Unipoxy Lining (Two-Component)
Application Temperature during application and curing is suitable for 10℃-28℃/50℉-82℉, and below 85% R.H. and paint

Conditions temperature is suitable for 20℃/68℉

* Remarks *

Unipoxy Lining can be occurred amine blushing at condition of below 10℃, do not pollute water, ice, snow, rain and
dew. If coating surface occurred amine blushing is polluted with water, coating color is changed to whiteness

If Unipoxy Lining can be occurred amine blushing, applicating TOP COAT Unipoxy Coating.

Mixing PTA(Base) : PTB(Curing Agent) = 12 : 4 (by volume).

Mix separately, then combine together and mix thoroughly with high speed dissolver for 2-3 minutes prior to

application in the proportions as delivered.

APPLICATION SYSTEM
Surface Preparation
Floor : For New concrete - The concrete prior to laying plastic sheets to block moisture from underground.
Then it should be left for curing concrete to solid and dry for about 3-4 weeks. Then, clean the surface
free from dust, dirt, grease and most importantly, the surface is completely dry.
(Check moisture content must be less than 10%)
: For Old concrete - To remove the old paint film which loosely adhesion to as much as possible by
Scraping with a shovel or Grinding machine to enhance adhesion. Then, clean the surface free from
grease and oil with suitable solvent. Before primer coating should clean all surfaces free from dust,
dirt, grease and most importantly, the surface is completely dry. (Check moisture content must be
less than 10%).
: For Floor Hardener or Surface glossy finish :
: Concrete surface preparation by using dust free captive blasting units, grinding equipment,
sand blasting for increase adhesion of coating.
: Inspect the concrete for bug holes void, fin and other imperfections. Protrusions shall be ground
smooth while voids shall be filled with Floorguard Putty or other suitable filler and polishing of
surface with moltoprene disk.
: After cleaning, repair surface defects and remove detericrated previous coatings.
(Check moisture content must be less than 10%).
Before Recoat by Topcoat : Remover all oil, grease, dirt, oxide and other foreign material by cleaning per SSPC-SP1,
Solvent Cleaning before coating.
: If over 7 days gives cleaning surface by sand paper no. 320-400 and cleaning surface per
SSPC-SP1, Solvent Cleaning before coating.
: Surface repaire (cracks, pores, holes) done with Floorguard Putty and polishing of surface
with moltoprene disk.
Coating System
For Interior
Concrete protective Coating : Primer Floorguard Primer 50 microns x 1 coat
: Topcoat Floorguard 100 50 microns x 2 coats
(for inside area)
or
: Topcoat Floorguard PU 100 50 microns x 2 coats
(for outside area)
Recommendation : The proper relative humidity in the work shall not exceed 85% RH.
: The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 Cd and at least 3 Cd above the dew point of the air ,
temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate for prevent moisture and water drop
on substrate effective adhesion and drying time.
