Team Presentation Guidelines

The following are the guidelines for the presentation:

• Each team will be given 10 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes of Q & A

• All the members of the team must participate in the presentation

• Do note that you are being marked for individual contribution and team performance.

• The topic will be presented using an organization(s) as an example

The following elements must be covered in your presentation

• Form an organization

• You are expected to name your organization that is launching a new product/service into

the market [Mission/Vision].

• One of you will be a CEO and the others heads of different departments [departments

can be formed according to the industry of your product/Service]

• You have to make a plan for one year and five years

• Applying the planning function [Set the planning premises and follow the planning

process/objectives]

• Apply the organizing function [Six elements and organizational structure]

• Apply Direction function [Leadership styles/communication methods and medium]

• Apply Controlling Function [Different types of control in your organization/ how it

works/ Control techniques]

• Provide a conclusion or summary

• You may use your creativity and innovation to present. You may use pictures, figures,

charts, diagrams, videos, and role-plays.

• Ensure the 7 Cs (clarity, conciseness, consideration, courteous, concreteness, and

correctness) of communication while presenting.

• Students are welcome to approach the course instructor for any clarification or project-

related queries.

• All the students must be available and make the presentation.
