Seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to play a pivotal role in the configuration, development,
support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow application. This position involves collaborating with both external and internal stakeholders to enhance request fulfillment, streamline workflows, and optimize key processes.
Responsibilities In this role, you’ll:
• Provide support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and
associated applications • Develop, document, and provide feedback on processes, workflows and standard operating procedures • Monitor system stability and performance metrics to prevent service degradation or interruption • Champion efforts to maintain ServiceNow best practices and facilitate training as required • Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions for continual service improvement • Analyze, create proof of concepts, design, develop and customize business applications • Create and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, policies and processes • Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications • Configure and maintain SLA, catalog items and their associated workflows • Develop systems integrations and process automation
Required
• Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web
Services, & AppEngine Studio • 3+ years of experience on the ServiceNow Platform with knowledge of basic administration of ServiceNow • Understanding of ServiceNow’s Core ITSM modules: Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, & ESS • Demonstrated work experience in business and systems analysis, process and data modeling skills • Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform • Minimum 4 years total experience working in a continuous delivery environment and role • Demonstrated experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, AJAX and JSON • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies • Certified ServiceNow Administrator required • Exposure to the ITIL Framework Desired:
• Understanding of ServiceNow’s HRSD & GRC modules is a plus
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer preferred • BS in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience • ITIL or IT4IT certifications preferred
