influence.
Effective communication is the process of exchanging information, ideas and opinions so that the
message is received and understood clearly.
Egalitarianism is a belief system that advocates for equality and equal rights among all
individuals.

Face to face communication provides a unique opportunity to build and strengthen personal
relationships and opportunity to build and strengthen personal relationship. Direct interactions
allow people to establish a genuine connection and develop trust, as they can see each other’s
expressions and engage in spontaneous conversations. This is particularly critical in business

Another benefit of face to face communication is conflict resolution.( Wimot. W. 2013),It is
highly effective in resolving conflicts and addressing sensitive issues. In person discussion

communication can facilitate empathy and understanding leading to more satisfactory resolution.
Conflict resolution is important skill that can help to solve disputes and promote understanding

real time interaction, participants can ask questions, seek clarification and gauge the reactions of
the other people. Quick feedback loop promote effective communication and helps resolve any
confusion or misunderstanding. The face to face communication allows immediate feedback, for
example, if the transmission begins to break down or the manager believes that a partial point
need clarification, they can use face to face communication. It minimizes the potential for
miscommunication that can arise from delayed responses or misinterpretation of written or
digital message.( Ilies . R. 2019)The issue of quick feedback can loop aids in resolving issues
promptly.

Face to face communication allows individuals to be sensitive to cultural difference and adopt
their communication style accordingly in cross cultural interaction, being physically present it
enables individuals to observe and learn from customs, norms and behaviors of different culture.
Face to face communication promote cultural understanding, reduce misunderstanding and
fosters inclusive communication.( Gudykurst and Ting-Toomey. 2017). When individuals

communication

A nonverbal cues and body language are some of the benefits of face to face communication.
Face to face communication allow individuals to interpret nonverbal cues and body language.
Body language can significantly enhances the understanding of the message being conveyed.
Nonverbal cues such as facial expressions, gestures and tone of voice can convey emotion,
intentions and attitudes that may not be as easily interpreted in written or digital communication.
For example, a smile or a raised eyebrow can provide important context to the conversation non-
verbal cues can also provide additional context and depth to the message being conveyed. In the
Organization Behavior Theory and practice (Altman.S.2013) said , Body language can also be
observed. Face to face communication allows individuals to pick up on those cues, leading to
better comprehension and empathy in conversation,

Nevertheless, face to face communication has several benefits over other forms of
communication. Face-to-face communication has several distinct advantages over other forms of
communication. It allows for the exchange of nonverbal cues, such as body language and facial
expressions, which can provide important information about the speaker's emotions and
intentions. Face to face communication creates a more personal connection between the speaker
and the listener, which can help to build trust and understanding. It is more efficient and effective
for exchanging complex information and ideas. Finally, it provides an opportunity for immediate
feedback and clarification, which can help to ensure that both parties are on the same page
