Build a sustainable high school facilities with LEED certification

including a gymnasium, pool and public spaces in the city of Paraty.
This school has an environment curriculum and professional
purposes for 600 students between 15 and 17 years old.

Stimulate students to learn and replicate the environmental and sustainable

actions;

Create an equipment that provides different activities beyond the classic school as
a studying building, such as cultural and sport uses;

Develop an area of the city that hasn’t the architectural importance from the center
of Paraty;

Stimulate the surrounding to apply the sustainability in buildings, creating a

community strength in a historical and cultural city.
