AVR SG120-5TA

The PCB (Printed Circuit Board) of SG120-5TA AVR is sealed up in

insulated plastic case where all electronic parts are mounted. The
AVR can controls exciting strength of brush-less generators for 50Hz
and 60 Hz that regulating excitation field voltage up to 125Vdc.

The AVR derives output voltage and convert it to DC voltage. The

AVR is operated by comparing the actual converted output DC
voltage to reference voltage to control voltage. In response to the
difference between voltages, AVR controls power fed to the exciter
field and regulates machine output voltage within specified limits.

◈ CAUTION
1. Please read this manual carefully before you install and operate your unit
2. Avoid to install and operate by non-professional
3. Disconnect wires to AVR in advance, and do not test high voltage to AVR directly. Any problem caused by not to
following these guidelines is not warranted
4. Do not connect wires, check and maintain the unit when input power is provided. It may cause electrical shock
and damage the AVR
5. Do not touch radiator plate while AVR is being operated. It may cause electrical shock and produce a burn
