challenging role. Having spent the past 19 years employed at HMP Onley as a Prison Officer I have decided to take a
change of career path as I am now looking for my next new venture.

CAREER HISTORY
January 2018 to Present Thames Valley Police – Visor / PPU Administrator

Working for Thames Valley Police I carry out various administrative duties to support the Visor / PPU department.
These include filing and updating VISOR records, processing annual notification of offenders whilst using bespoke
computer systems such as Niche, PNC, PND. On top of the general admin functions I look after the PPU and Niche
inbox for Milton Keynes, scanning and maintaining accurate files for offenders and managing the control live police
system whilst taking calls from probationary officers, mental health centres and prisons. During this time I am also
responsible for visiting nominal in their homes and completing holiday notifications for offenders.

January 2017 to December 2017 Administrator – Team Prevent

Team Prevent is a company that provides support to their clients in regards to the management of their occupational
health procedures and after care for the client’s employees. I currently work with their largest client the NHS on the
Birmingham Hospital contract. In this position I manage the diaries of the occupational advisers and practitioners, we
work to strict guidelines empowering KPI measurements and information governance. I can audio type reports, proof
read confidential notes to ensure we are fully compliant at all times and manage three busy e-mail accounts.

Sept 2015 to Jan 2017 NHS Clinical Administrator / Receptionist

This was both a face to face and telephonist position, booking appoitnments for the general public in three different
sectors, family planning, HIV and GUM clinic. I would support 6 consultants and a variety of senior specialists nurses,
daily tasks would include all administrative functions all of which extremely confidential.

1996 - 2015 HMP Onley


Position Prison Officer

Responsibilities:
 Coordinated a busy residential wing with 60 prisoners at a category C level prison. Answering telephone radios
and general enquires from prisoners. PC work recording statistical data required regarding movement, time out
of cell and positioning of inmates.
 Ensured their attendance at work or education and challenged non attendees appropriately through the
disciplinary procedure.
 Managed and maintained the cleanliness of the wing and party of cleaners
 Responding to alarm bell situations and being able to manage health emergency situations, fire, self harm and
at times violence.
 Recording data of activity and behaviour, personally responsible for 8 prisoners with regards to parole hearing
reports and categorization.
