Transporter Requirements

How to become a Transporter
Step Description
1. Transporter Expresses Interest The transporter expresses interest in joining the
platform by sending a message to a designated
WhatsApp/Telegram number.
2. Registration Transporters interested in joining the platform
will be directed to a registration page where
they will be required to fill in their personal
details, including their name, phone number,
email address, and physical address.
3. Verification After registration, transporters will be required to
provide their identity documents and driver's
licenses for verification.The platform team
conducts a background check on the
transporter to verify their information and ensure
that they have a clean criminal record. If the
transporter passes the verification process, they
are added to the platform as a verified
transporter This process will ensure that only
verified and legitimate transporters are allowed
on the platform.
4. Agreement Transporters will then need to agree to the
terms and conditions of the platform, including
the commission rates, fees, and service levels
they will be expected to provide.
5. Training and Orientation Once the transporter has been verified, they are
required to attend a training and orientation
session to learn about the platform's service
standards,policies and procedures. The training
covers topics such as child safety, vehicle
maintenance, and customer service.
6. Verification Confirmation Once the verification process is complete,
transporters will receive confirmation via
WhatsApp that they have been approved to join
the platform.
7. Activation Transporters can then activate their accounts on
the platform and begin receiving bookings from
parents looking for safe and reliable
transportation for their children.
8. Ongoing Monitoring and Quality Control The platform will continuously monitor the
quality of service provided by transporters and
will take action if any safety or reliability issues
arise. Transporters with low ratings or a history
of poor service will be removed from the
platform to maintain the platform's high
standards.
