1. What were the instructor’s major strengths as demonstrated in the observation?
The major strengths of the instructor are:
 Demonstrate the topic clearly
 Voice and intonation while she teach is encouraging the student to actively
involved in the activities.
 The teacher remember most of the students name.

2. What suggestions do you have for improving the instructor’s skills or methodology?
My suggestion is balence the explanation between words or sentences with
demonstration because in the video mostly she use demonstration to explain the
material.
Give the students chance to asking a question.

3. What do you learn best from the instructor’s teaching performance?


I learn how intonation and voice of the teacher have a big role in the learning
process and also demontration, and linking the material with previous material is
important.
