The purpose of the group are:

1) Teachers can get help about common questions and problems from other warm-hearted
teachers & group managers.
2) Exchange important news and best-to know messages which can help others.
3) Audit result, student feedback, training plan materials updates announcement of
Toucanstalk.

From now on, any direct conflicts between teachers, sensitive conversation and any negative
emotional expression or even personal attack towards one teacher or specific teachers will
lead to immediate ‘’forced silence” for one week.

To the group mangers

1) No more than one greeting message or warm-up message in one day.


2) Welcome useful training, resource sharing; When it is shared, document the reason and
how can this resource be applied to the classes of Toucanstalk.
3) Give clear instructions by using screenshot, details steps for queries
4) File the questions and workable solution in the Teachers’ Manual

To the teachers who have queries

1) @the specific teacher who need answer. For the teacher who should answer immediately
about the lesson progress and student status, 3 times @.
2) Document your questions clearly by sending the necessary screenshot and details which
can help the teachers & managers to understand the situations and problems.
3) Control the typo in the group
4) Don’s send the calendar, salary, leave approval , PM related questions in the group. The
coach will reply in due course.

To the teachers who have suggestions and report problems.

1) Don’t sent the suggestions in the group to some specific teacher directly. Humans barely
have enough tolerance and heart to accept suggestions from another person publicly in
front of hundreds of persons. Most of human beings will see this as negative no matter
how gentle the words are.
2) We welcome all kinds of suggestions and problem report from teachers. Please PM the
Coach in classin when you have concerns. For the suggestions or report with the
evidence and objective fact is what we expected. Even though the Coach will not take it
immediately or not support your opinions, we will still consider it when it is necessary.
Toucanstalk support the problem exposure rather than problem concealment
3) For the suggestions with constructive resolutions, we will have special contribution
bonus.
