We look forward to providing your training for in preparation of Stage 4 of your apprenticeship.
Electrical Installation and Design course
We have designed a course – ‘Electrical Installation & Design’. This course is designed to update existing
electricians in the use of the new Rule Book, Standards and Applications as well as to assist apprentices
with successful completion of their apprenticeship.
Whilst this course is not compulsory, it is highly recommended for finishing students. The total cost of the
course is $247.00. You will also be required to book in advance and provide proof of payment to attend these
sessions. The Electrical Installation and Design course sessions will run on a Tuesday between 5pm - 7pm.

To comply with OH&S requirements and Electrical Safety Regulations 2013, you must wear approved safety boots,
clear safety glasses, industrial standard long pants and long sleeve shirt while testing.
* PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE CURRENT CPR / LOW VOLTAGE RESCUE QUALIFICATION
It is your responsibility to bring these to TAFE Queensland SkillsTech.
You will be excluded from the practical classes without them.
