wpd Philippines Onshore, Inc. (wpd), a renewable energy development company, is globally known as an
active developer and operator of wind farms and solar parks. We are currently expanding our project
pipeline in the Philippines by exploring onshore renewable energy projects in various regions across the
country.

wpd has been awarded with Wind Energy Service Contract (WESC) no. 2022-11-231 by the Department of
Energy, which is under the jurisdiction of the provinces of Abra, Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur, wherein the
Barangay of Nagrebcan of Badoc is part of the “Areas of Interest” (See Annex 1).

wpd plans to conduct a site visit to gain general knowledge and understanding on the area. In this regard,
we would like to request a courtesy visit in your good office together with the barangay officials on the
21st of March 2024, Thursday 10 AM, to introduce the company, the wind power project, upcoming
activities and to secure a signed Resolution of Support to conduct Feasibility Study for the Ilocos Onshore
Wind Power Project.
