SUBJECT : DESIGNATING BARANGAY KAGAWAD _______________

AS THE OFFICER-IDN-CHARGE ON MARCH 23-25, 2024

DATE : March 12, 2024

In view of my travel on Mar. 23-25, 2024 for the Provincial Liga ng mga Barangay (LnB) Congress, Barangay
Kagawad ________________ is hereby designated as the Officer-in-Charge throughout the said dates.

The Officer-In-Charge shall exercise the powers and perform the duties and functions of the Punong Barangay,
except the power to appoint, suspend, or dismiss employees. Likewise, the exception applies to all discretionary
functions of the Punong Barangay.

Please be guided accordingly.
