CORRUPTION
1. SLEEP WRITING
When you're asleep, you scribble down
writings in an unknown language in
notebooks, on walls and, failing anywhere
else, on your own skin. You have no memory
of doing so when you wake up and you don't
know what the writings mean, as the
language isn't one that's known by anyone
you speak to. You know they mean
something, though. Something bad.

2. ENDOTHERMIC

When you are stressed the temperature
around you drops to near freezing. During
these episodes, your breath is a visible mist,

condensation forms on surfaces near you,
and your lips turn blue and your fingers go
white during these episodes.

3. EYE SPOT

You begin to see a certain star on the edge of
the remaining universe, no matter where you
are, whether your eyes are open, or whether
there are barriers between you. At best it is a

dot in your vision, at worst a nuisance
obscuring sight (entirely if near the specific
star) or preventing sleep. It persists until the
void takes that star too.

4. SEEN
It has seen you through the Void. It is far
away, but sees you, wants you, and will come.
What it is is a matter of Referee discretion.

5. UNDER THE SKIN
Something grows beneath your skin, a
tentacle or vine. It moves around from time
to time, in a manner felt by you, its host. If
surgically removed, it only grows back in
time.

6. RELATIVITY

Your skin begins to age at an accelerated rate,
dying faster, showing signs of age younger,
and superficially taking longer to heal, as
though you are steadily rotting alive, though
the effect is mostly superficial.

7. BACKGROUND
NOISE
Your vision remains unimpaired but
frequently is filled with tiny flashes of
emissions from the Void, like TV static.

8. SEEING
You can see it. It knows not that you can, but
it would not care even if it knew. It lives
beyond the Void, waiting for the last of the
universe to be consumed. You cannot
explain what it is, only that you can see it, and
only that the universe is more doomed than
you even believed.

9. BLACKOUT
Your eyes gradually start to darken, the sclera
and iris turning as black the pupil, until they
seem to be featureless black spheres. Your
eyesight is not affected, either positively or
negatively, but others find it disturbing to
 look you in the eye, claiming something is
looking back at them and it's not you.

10. KNOWLEDGE OF
OBLIVION
There is a dark star at the end of the
universe, and when it fully manifests, it will
be the end of the universe. It is the Devourer
of All, and it sees everything that sees it. And
you see it every time you close your eyes.

insignificant thing that is you.

11. STOLEN VOICE
Your voice is sometimes no longer your own,
enough not to

instead uttering strange, incomprehensible
words in a tone alien to you whenever you
try to speak. This occurrence is infrequent

12. BONE SPURS

Your bones begin to grown small
protrusions in a few places on your body,
which in time grow to pierce the skin and
ultimately fall off before another protrusion
begins to grow elsewhere. This process is

largely painless, but unpleasant to observe.

13. DEAD DIGITS
The skin and flesh of your fingers and toes
seems to be shrivelling and turning cold and
blackened. It is as if exposed to the extreme
cold of space. Medical scanners can detect
no cause, and it is not painful, nor does it
prevent you from doing fine work.

14. VOICE TO TOUCH
Sometimes when you speak, the Void
physically manifests in your words, tumbling
away from your mouth in strange forms and
shapes that make no sense to see. You fear
that one night you will kill yourself by talking

15. EXTRASENSORY

Some animals can sense the touch of
corruption on you. Cats take an instant
dislike to you and small rodents such as
hamsters, gerbils and mice become petrified
and will frequently die of fear if you attempt
to touch them. Many planets have very
primitive predators that have not evolved a
great deal since reaching the apex of their
niche, such as sharks and crocodiles, These
predators can also sense the touch of
corruption and can always sense where you
are. These show no fear of you.

16. COMPUTATIONAL
CORRUPTION
Whenever you touch a computer, it starts to
detect your thoughts and feelings. If the
computer has a monitor, your deepest
thoughts and feelings will be displayed for all
to see. The computer itself will start to
change its behaviour, based on your
emotional state, becoming psychopathic
when you're angry.

17. TERMINAL
DENSITY
You are gaining mass as you feel the universe
 collapsing. You are not any larger but you are
getting more dense. Radio signals struggle to
pass though you and even x-rays are
shadowed. Your increased mass gives you
+1DR against All Projectiles, Melee, and
Thrown weapons, but may also impart
penalties such as disadvantage should the
weight of this sensation crushes your spirit
or causes difficulty interacting with the world
around you -including medical treatment.

DARKNESS
The pupils of your eyes permanently dilate,
meaning that you can now easily see in
darkness, though you are also caused pain by
light, with daylight being very painful

VOID
Your skin sometimes turns completely pitch
black, as black as space itself. And, just like
space itself, pinpoints of light like stars can

emit a faint light, again just like stars do. But,

While this occurs, the feeling of the universe
passing through you is frightening and

You suffer from a form of progressive and
creeping amnesia. It is as if your own
personal universe in slowly collapsing. Not

met them or they had never existed for you.

You can see with such clarity that you can see
an object that is 200m away as clearly as most
people could see it at 20m. Your vision is as
good as many birds of prey that can spot
small rodents moving in vegetation from
100m up in the air. All penalties caused by
medium ranges can be ignored and long
ranges treated as medium range.

16. TRANSLOCATION
ou can manipulate the void energies and use
it to swap places with one willing intelligent
creature that you can see. The downside is
that it is only the organic bodies that swap,
you will end up wearing the clothes, if any,
of the other creature or person. A successful
DEX roll will be needed to catch anything
they were holding. If you are larger or have a
different configuration of limbs, than the
person you swap places with, their clothes or
equipment may be damaged. Things that
cannot stretch to fit, will tear at the seams.
Items that cannot stretch or tear will lose one
level of CONDITION. Being crammed into
armor that cannot give, not fits, will not
cause you damage, but is extremely painful
and may hinder your capacity to make checks
and moment.

 17. PANLOCATION
When you panic, become scared or are
shocked, you partially phase out of this
dimension. If you were going to take
damage, such as being hit while surprised,
roll 1d12. If your roll is higher than the
damage you would have taken, the weapon,
passes unhindered through the space where
you were, doing you no harm. If you roll less
than the damage, you are hit as normal. If
you use this ability you cannot also use your
own equipment in the same turn as you and
everything you are carrying are swapping in
and out of different dimensions.

18. INSECT TONGUE

You can understand the calls and noises that
insects make. If you spend 10 minutes
listening to a specific species of insect you
will gain an general understanding of the

meanings of each of its sounds. If you can
study it for an hour, you can derive the actual
meaning of what it is communicating. After
2hrs of study you can emulate those sounds
sufficiently to convey general ideas to any
insect of its species.

19. MUSCLE
CONTROL
You can temporarily increase the mass and
density of your musculature. You can move
points of DEX to BDY. You cannot exceed
a total BDY of 6. It takes a turn to move
each point and once moved you can maintain
e
this balance for a number of turns equal to
your SVY. At the end of the duration your
abilities return to normal at a rate of one
point each turn. As your BDY changes, you
fil
also gain one bonus hit point for each point
of BDY gained. These bonus hit points are
also lost when your BDY returns to normal.
If you hit points drop to zero or below you
will fall unconscious. This ability can only be
used once between full rest periods.

20. HYPERACUSIS
You are super sensitive to sounds. You gain
Advantage on all SVY checks for perception
involving listening. You also get advantage
on checks to see if you are being lied to as
you can detect minute inflections in the voice
that give away the lie. Unfortunately, you get
disadvantage on all ability checks when in a
loud environment unless you wear ear
defenders.
