This procedure is for the ANKOM DELTA/DELTAI, the A200/A200I, and the A2000/
A2000I and can be used for the replacement of these parts:

F11 Bag Suspender 693 Bag Suspender 694 Bag Suspender

with weight Tray, Top Tray, Bottom

F11.5 Kynar Tip with F12.5 Bag Suspender 639.1 Bag Weight
Washer Assembly Rod with Nut Assembly Machined

1. Remove the Bag Suspender from the ANKOM DELTA, A200 or A2000 Fiber Analyzer.

Check the trays for mel ng and wear.

2. The Bag Suspender should be checked every three to six months or if fiber values are higher than normal or
inconsistent. To check the Bag Suspender, follow the procedure detailed below. The pictures shown are ex-
amples of extreme cases. However, for proper opera on you must replace trays that show signs of mel ng or
wear .
3. Check that the bo om tray is flat. If the bo om tray is concave (see picture) the bag suspender will catch in
the vessel and melt.
4. Check the p for excessive wear. Replace worn ps (see pictures).
5. Iden fy the component(s) needed for replacement from the parts shown on page 1.

Reassemble the Bag Suspender

6. To reassemble, take the F12.5 Bag Suspender Rod w/Nut Assembly and a ach to 694 Bo om Tray. (Step A)
7. Use a wrench to ghten the F11.5 Kynar p and washer onto the threaded end of the rod. (Steps B&C)

8. Stack eight, 693 top trays in an alterna ng pa ern. (Steps D&E)

9. Replace the 639.1 weight. (Step F)

10. Once the Bag Suspender is reassembled it is ready to be reinstalled into the machine.
