MALASANA

1. Drink glass of warm water in MALASANA posture in the early


morning on an empty stomach.

NOTE : people with knee joint pain & severe low backache please dont
practise this.
JNANA MUDRA

To boost memory power


For peace of mind
To enhance brain activity

1. After Malasana, sit in a comfort posture, keep your both plams on your thighs where
both palms facing upwards.
2. Touch the tip of your thumb finger with the tip of your forefinger.
3. Practise this mudra with both hands.
4. Hold this mudra for 10 minutes.
PRITHVI MUDRA

To improve the health of sense


organs
For good blood circulation
For enthusiasm & activeness

1. After Jnana mudra, go for Prithvi mudra


2. Touch the tip of your thumb finger with the tip of ringfinger.
3. Practise this mudra with both hands.
4. Hold this mudra for 10 minutes.
SHUNYA VAYU MUDRA

To avoid vata prakopa this has to be


practised instantly after meals

1. After meals, sit in a comfort posture, keep your both plams on your thighs where both
palms facing upwards.
2. Fold your index & middle finger & touch the root of thumb.
3. Place your thumb over those fingers as shown in the figure
4. Practise this mudra with both hands.
5. Hold this mudra for 10 minutes.
APANA MUDRA

Improves Digestion
For good tooth & gum
For the good health of
excretory organs & excretion
To improve immunity power

1. After Shunyavayu mudra, go for Apana mudra


2. Touch the tip of your thumb finger with the tip of middle & ring finger.
3. Practise this mudra with both hands.
4. Hold this mudra for 10 minutes.
PRANA MUDRA

To relive stress, to increase energy


To improve vision,
To absorb vitamins

1. After Apana mudra, go for Prana mudra


2. Touch the tip of your thumb finger with the tip of ring & little finger.
3. Practise this mudra with both hands.
4. Hold this mudra for 10 minutes.
In the evening time practise Prana mudra & Jnana mudra for 10 minutes each.
Before going to bed practise Shunya vayu mudra for 15 minutes

NOTES
1. Practise mudra as in above said order only.
2. You can do these mudras while standing, watchig TV, etc but for desired benefits,
sit in a comfort posture(sukhasana, ardha padmasana or padhmasana) and dont
indulge in any other activities.
3. Practise these Mudra for atleast 90 days for maximum result.
