PROJECT 1

1. On the “Orders” worksheet, configure the table style options to automatically shade
every other table row.
2. On the “Orders” worksheet, perform a multiple column sort on the data in the table to
order the records by “Customer” with orders from “Lily” coming first and orders from
“Jane” coming second. Then sort the orders alphabetically (from A to Z) by the
“Production” field. Finally, sort the orders in ascending order by the “Order Quantity”
column.
3. On the “Orders” worksheet, create a formula in cell L2 that uses an Excel function to
return the average order amount based on the values in the “Order Amount” column.
4. On the “MOS” worksheet, remove all Conditional Formatting from the “Actual
Duration (in days)” column.
5. On the “Total” worksheet, use an Excel data tool to remove all records with duplicate
“ID” values from the table. Do not remove any other records.
6. Locate and remove all Headers and Footers from this workbook.
PROJECT 2
1. On the “Data” worksheet, configure rows 2 to 4 so that they are present but not visible.
2. On the “10EDU" worksheet, delete “Estimated Duration (in days)” column without
changing cell ranges above and below it.
3. In cell B6 of the “Data” worksheet, use a function that will take a copy of cell A6 and
capitalize only the first letter of each word.
4. Configure the “Data” worksheet so that the column heading of the table (row 5) to print
repeatedly in all pages.
5. On the “Data” worksheet, add the text Sunday to cell G6 and enumerate the days of the
week from cell H6 to M6.
6. On the “Data” worksheet, in the Code column, use the Find and Replace tool to find all
occurrences of Japanese and replace them with Vietnam in bold italic style and single
underline.
PROJECT 3
1. On the “10EDU" worksheet, add a new column named “Full Name” to the right after
“Last Name” column.

2. On the “10EDU” worksheet, use a function to fill the value of “Full Name” column
(column C) by joining “First Name” and “Last Name” which separated by space. Configure
the width of this column to automatically fit the contents.
3. On the “Summary” worksheet, insert a column sparkline in each cell in column P to
represent the customer’s order from January to December (column D to O).
4. Configure the formulas on the “Data” worksheet will display formulas in each cell
instead of the resulting value.
5. Navigate to cell range named “Sam” and clear its format.
6. Add the text “10EDUCATION” as the document Company property of the document.
7. Check the workbook for accessibility issues. Correct the img1.png (10EDU) in Errors

PROJECT 4
1. In cell G4 of the “Books” worksheet, create a formula to show “Very good” if Average
sale is at least $900.00 and show “Below expectation” if Average sale is less than $900.00.
It is suggested, not required to populate entire column to check formula.
2. Margin is the result of the Selling price minus the Cost. On “Books” worksheet, in cell
I4 of “Margin” column, insert a formula to calculate Margin value. Copy formula to I5:I40
without changing fill color.
3. On the “Profits” worksheet, change the layout of chart to Layout 9. Add text “Income”
as the value of vertical axis title. Remove the horizontal axis title.
4. On “Sales data” worksheet, change the view to Normal.
5. On “Sales data” worksheet, create a 3D Clustered Column Chart to show Quarter 3 Sales
of “Smoothies” category. Months should be shown as Legend (Series Name). Name of
“Item” should be shown as Horizontal Axis Label. Add text “Sales by 10ZONE” to the
Chart Title. Place the chart under the table.
6. On the “Profits” worksheet, include the Fruit Heaven Splurge and Nutty Heaven
Splurge data to the Sales of 10EDUCATION chart. Apply Style 7 to the chart. Add the alt
text description “10EDU Sales” to the chart.
7. Configure the “Books” worksheet to print this sheet with Gridlines, in Landscape
Orientation and Fit all columns on one page.
8. On the “Sales data” worksheet, in cell C32, use a function to determine how many
missing values there are in January sales.

9. Add a footer of each page of “Sales data” worksheet. Show “10EDUCATION” text in
right place and Page number in left place.
PROJECT 5
1. Unlock all rows and columns on the “Schedule” worksheet to scroll entire this worksheet.
2. Create a new worksheet named “10EDU” at the end of this workbook.
3. Copy only value of cell range D11:K21 in the “Schedule” worksheet to A3:H13 in the
“10EDU” worksheet. Configure the width of column will be adjusted automatically to fit
contents of the copied data.
4. Import file Source.txt in the MOCK TEST 3 into the cell A20 in the “10EDU” worksheet
as tab-delimited that has header row. Add the import data to the data model. Accept all other
settings.
5. On the “Total” worksheet, remove table functionality of the table. Retain value, format
and data location.
6. On the “Schedule” worksheet, link cell C2 to cell B2 of “Total” worksheet.
7. On the “Total” worksheet, in the “Interest” column, use conditional formatting to apply
the 3 Traffic Lights (Unrimmed) format to the values.
PROJECT 6
1. On the “Wine” worksheet, configure cell range B2:H98 to automatically wrap the text.
2. On the “Pareto” worksheet, create Pareto Chart that shows the number by complaint
types in September. Change the Chart Title to “Complaint Status in Sep”. Place this chart
under the table.
3. In cell E15 on the “Summary” worksheet, insert a Line sparkline that graphs the changes
of each criteria. Customize this line to present the highest point and lowest point of each
line. Copy the sparkline to the cell range F15:I15. Then clear the one under the column of
Level.
4. Modify cells in A1:M1 of the “Pareto” worksheet into a cell and not changing the
alignment.
PROJECT 7
1. Change the view of the “Invoice Details” worksheet to Page Layout. Insert a page break
so that all “Invoice” with value “Done” in “Status” column (column J) are on the first page.
2. In cell D1 of “Invoice” worksheet, use a function to show the last three characters of the
value in cell C1.
3. On the “Invoice” worksheet, format number in cell range D9:D33 to be shown as number
with 3 decimal places.

4. Rename “Table_4” to “Invoice_Details”.


5. On the “Invoice” worksheet, use Find and Replace feature to replace all instances of
“FA611E” of “Description” column with “NB288A” with bold font style.
