3. On the “Grade Criteria” worksheet, in cell B27, enter a formula that sums the values
in the ranges: “Total1”, “Total2” and “Total3”. Use range names in the formula instead
of cell references or value.
4. On the “Score Summary” chart sheet, remove the legend and display only the values
as data above each column.
5. On the “Exams” worksheet, in cell C17 and D17, use a function to determine how
many students do not have an “Exam 1” result and “Exam 2”.
6. On the “Tasks” worksheet, configure the table style options to automatically shade
every other table row.

Over view: You are collecting information about the distances between popular travel
destinations.
1. On the “Vietnam” worksheet extend the formula in cell E5 to the end of the table
column.
2. Remove all conditional formating rules from the “Vietnam” worksheet.
3. On the “Asian” worksheet, perform a multi-level sort. Sort the table data by “Region”
(A to Z) then by “City” (A to Z).
4. On the “Asian” worksheet, in cell D63, use a function to display the highest number
from the “Area (km2)” column.
5. On the “Asian” worksheet, create a 3-D Clustered Column Chart that shows the “Area
(km2)” for all the cities, with the cities as the horizontal axis labels. Place the chart to
the right of the table. The exact size and position of the chart do not matter.
6. On the “Vietnam” worksheet, for the “Air Miles” chart, display a data table without
legend keys. Move the chart to a new chart sheet named “AirMilesChart”.

1. On the “Contact” worksheet, configure the table style options to automatically shade
every other table row.
2. On the "Exchange Rates" worksheet, in the cells B4:D9, format the cells to display

3. Navigate to the range named "Date" and delete the contents of the selected cells.
4. On the "Vip Accounts" worksheet, in the "Monthly Average" column, use a function
to calculate the average monthly balance for each account from September through
December.
5. On the "Contact" worksheet, in the "Email Address" column, use a function to
construct email address for each person using the first name and ''@theit.com.vn"
6. On the "New Accounts" worksheet, place the chart "Account Balances" to the right
of the table and then swap the data over the axis.

total row to display the total sales of “3 months” and each month.
4. On the “The Second Quarter” worksheet, in the “Sales warning” column, use a
function to count the number of months with zero sale for each category.
5. On the “The Second Quarter” worksheet, change the elements displayed in the chart
by changing the layout of the chart, to layout 3 and display the values as data labels to
the right of each data bar.
6. On the “Annual sales” worksheet, remove the table functionality from the table.

if the Complaint rate is below 40%. Otherwise, leave the cell blank.
4. On the “Chart Analysis” chartsheet, insert a chart title above the chart, at the top of
the plot area. Display the percentage values as data labels to the right of each data bar.
5. On the “January” worksheet, move the cells B28:E37 up to correct the alignment by
deleting cells B26:E27.
6. On the “January” worksheet, apply the Blue, Table Style Medium 2 style to the table.

3. On the “Ordres” worksheet, from the existing text in cell D1, insert a hyperlink to
http://www.theyoung.vn with a ScreenTip that displays “theYOUNG Website”.
4. On the “Orders” worksheet, use an excel data tool to remove all records with duplicate
“Segment” values from the table. Do not remove any other records.
5. Remove Hidden Rows and Columns from the workbook. Do not remove any other
content.
6. Navigate to the range named "abc" and delete the contents of the selected cells.

1. On the “Customer List” worksheet, beginning in A1, import the data from wizard
“customer.txt”. Use the first row of the data source as headers.

3. Copy the formatting of the title and subtitle on the “Order” worksheet to the title and
subtitle of the “Description” worksheet.

4. On the “Description” worksheet in cell I13, enter a formula that sums the values in
the ranges “total_chocolate”, “total_mango”, “total_icecream” and “total_cheese”. Use
these range names in the formula instead of cell references.
5. On the “Order” worksheet, freeze rows 1 through 4 so the title and headings always
remain visible while scrolling.

6. On the “Customer List” worksheet, adjust the column width of column A to exactly
18pts.
