1. On the “Orders” worksheet, format the table so that every other row is shaded. Use a
technique that automatically updates the formatting when you insert a new row.
2. On the “Orders” worksheet, sort the table to order the records by “Customer” with orders
from “Tony” coming first and orders from “Bubu” coming second. Then sort the orders
alphabetqically (from A to Z) by the “Production” field. Finally, sort the orders in
ascending order by the “Order Quantity” column.
3. On the “Orders” worksheet, create a formula in cell L2 that uses an Excel function to
return the average/max/min/count/sum order amount based on the values in the “Order
Amount” column.
4. On the “Farm Market” worksheet, use an automatic formatting method to format the cells
in the “Actual Duration (in days)” column that contain above average values by applying
Green Fill with Dark Green Text. Use a technique that automatically updates the formatting
if the values change.
5. On the “Total” worksheet, use an Excel data tool to remove all records with duplicate
“ID/order” values from the table. Do not remove any other records.
6. Locate and remove all personal information of from this workbook.
7. On the “Data” worksheet, configure rows 2 to 4 so that they are present but not visible.
8. On the “Data” worksheet, configure columns N to P so that they are present but not visible.
9. On the “Sales Calculations" worksheet, delete “Estimated Duration (in days)” column
without changing cell ranges above and below it.
10. In cell B6 of the “Data” worksheet, use a function that will take a copy of cell A6 and
capitalize only the first letter of each word.
11. In cell C6 of the “Data” worksheet, use a function that will take a copy of cell A6 and
capitalize all letters of each word (or lowercase all letters of each word).
12. Configure the “Data” worksheet so that the column heading of the table (row 5) to print
repeatedly in all pages.
13. On the “Data" worksheet, insert picture to the right of the heading.
14. Rotate the picture of Barcode on the “Data" worksheet 60 degrees.
15. On the “Inventory" worksheet, add a new column named “Full Name” to the right
after “Last Name” column.
16. On the “Inventory” worksheet, use a function to fill the value of “Full Name” column
(column C) by joining “First Name” and “Last Name” which separated by space.
17. On the “Summary” worksheet, insert a column sparkline in each cell in column P to
represent the customer’s order from January to December (column D to O).
18. Configure the formulas on the “Data” worksheet will display formulas in each cell
instead of the resulting value.
19. Navigate to cell range named “Salary” and clear its format.

20. Add the text “MosFTU” as the document Status property of the document.
21. Add the title “IMOS” to the document properties.
22. In cell G4 of the “Books” worksheet, create a formula to show “Yes” if Average sale is
at least $1,000.00 and show “No” if Average sale is less than $1,000.00. It is suggested,
not required to populate entire column to check formula.
23. Margin is the result of the selling price minus the cost. On “Books” worksheet, in cell
I4 of “Margin” column, insert a formula to calculate Margin value. Copy formula to
I5:I40 without changing fill color.
24. On the “Profits” worksheet, change the layout of chart to Layout 9. Add text “Income”
as the value of vertical axis title. Remove the horizontal axis title.
25. On the “Profits” worksheet, expand chart so that data include “Sour Tart Sherbet”
26. On the “Profits” worksheet, swap axis data on the chart.
27. On the “Profits” worksheet, move the Chart to “Books” worksheet, and change the size
of the chart in the range K9:V22.
28. On the “Books” worksheet, move the Chart to new worksheet, named NewChart.
29. On “Sales data” worksheet, create a 3D Clustered Column Chart to show Quarter 1
Sales of “Smoothies” category. Month should be shown as Legend (Series Name). Name
of Item should be shown as Horizontal Axis Label. Add text “Sales by Products” to the
Chart Title.
30. Configure the “Books” worksheet to print this sheet with Gridlines, in Landscape
Orientation and Fit all columns on one page.
31. In cell G43 of the “Books” worksheet, create a formula to calculate the average selling
price of books published by Sam publishing.
32. Add a footer (or header) of each page of “Books” worksheet. Show “MosFTU” text
in right place and Page number in left place.
33. On the “Wine” worksheet, configure cell range B2:H98 so that data entries that are
wider than column width will be wrapped to multiple lines.
34. Hide “Wine” worksheet. Make it not visible, but its value can use in formulas.
35. On the “Pareto” worksheet, create Pareto Chart that shows the number by complaint
types in September. Change the Chart Title to “Complaint Status”.
36. On the “Inventory List” worksheet, create subtotal for data range B3:L99 at each
change in “Inventory ID” field and use Count function. Insert Page break between groups.
Grand Count should be in cell L108/K108.
37. Modify cells in A1:M1 of the “Pareto” worksheet into a cell and not changing the
alignment.
38. On the range A15:M22 of the “Pareto” worksheet, modify cells in each row into a only
one column.
39. Unlock all rows and columns on the “Schedule” worksheet to scroll entire this
worksheet.
40. Create a new worksheet named “IMos” in this workbook after sheet “Schedule”.

41. Copy a sheet “Schedule” to create a new worksheet after that sheet, named “MosFTU”.
42. Copy only value of cell range D11:K21 in the “Schedule” worksheet to A3:H13 in the
“IMos” worksheet. Configure the width of column will be adjusted automatically to fit
contents of the copied data.
43. Import file Source.txt into the cell T3 in the “IMos” worksheet as tab-delimited that has
header row. Accept all other settings.
44. On the “Profits” worksheet, remove table functionable of the table. Retain value,
format and data location.
45. On the “Schedule” worksheet, link cell C2 to cell F2 of “Books” worksheet.
46. On the “Schedule” worksheet, link cell K6 to the website: www.ftu.edu.vn, then insert
text to display “More info”.
47. Change the view of the “Invoice Details” worksheet to Page Layout. Insert a page break
so that all “Invoice” with value “Done” in “Status” column (column J) are on the first
page.
48. In cell G1 of “Schedule” worksheet, use a function to show the leftmost (or rightmost)
of value in cell B1.
49. On the “Invoice Details” worksheet, format number in cell range G4:G40 to be shown
as number with 3 decimal places.
50. Remove color of “Profits” sheet tab.
51. On the “Invoice Details” worksheet, use Find and Replace feature to replace all
instances of “Jan” with “Month 1” of “Description” column.
52. On the “Inventory” worksheet, add the Alternative Text "Summer campt Adult" to
title of the table Flavor Costs (per quart)
53. On the “Profits” worksheet, fix sheet on one Page
54. Check the workbook for accessibility and fix all the errors/ Check accessibilities and
fix all the errors and warning.
