We Sino Mach International Ltd issued this letter expressing our intention to do this business but we
have to understand and study more regard this specific BOT project for that we need documentations of
the project to get further more approvals.

Herewith, we are requesting for proceed further more as above we said we need to get more
information regard the project.

We await working in collaboration with your esteemed government organization on this very important
project. We therefore fully support this initiative.

This Knowledge of documentation from your side Hub aims to contribute to the understanding of this
BOT project. Further details about our intent will be share with you once we will receive more available
documents of this project.

documents for our approvals.
