 Both sides agree through counsel that an endeavour to explore the
possibility of amicable resolution needs to be undertaken. Parties are
referred to Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre,
where they may appear on 02.12.2019 at 3:30 p.m.
The matter shall be listed in the court on 14th February, 2020.
Meanwhile, the learned counsel for the respondent fairly agrees that
enforcement or execution of the impugned judgment and decree will not be
pressed till the next date of hearing.
