Fight the system.
ALARMS
Using alarms to wake up will increase your
cortisol levels. the higher your cortisol, the
lower your testosterone will be.

LITTLE OR
IRREGULAR
SLEEP
I went over this in the sleep section of this
program but i must emphasize its importance.
Not getting quality rem deep sleep will heavily
affect your testosterone levels in undesirable
ways.
FRAGRANCE
CHEMICALS
Artificial scents (bodywash, clothes detergent,
cologne, etc.) hold hormone/endocrine
disruptors. THese mess with your testosterone
levels, try to avoid them. Use unscented
products, keep yourself clean and your natural
pheramones will do the job for you.

PMO
Avoid excessive masturbation and completely
cut out porn from your life.

Ejaculating as a male causes a spike in


prolactin, which halts testosterone release in
your system. This is clearly something we
want to avoid.

Keep it exclusive to real sex.


EXCESS WEIGHT
even moderate obesity significantly reduces
total testosterone levels. This is caused by
insulin resistance.

SEDENTARISM
A lack of physical activity can cause a
ddecrease in testosterone. Make sure you
apply what you learn from the training section
of this program to create an opposite effect.
HIGH STRESS
High stress is a direct cause for increased
cortisol levels. High cortisol is the last thing you
want if you're planning on boosting your
testosterone.

Learn to embrace stressful events and turn it


into motivation. If you let stress control you,
you will become weak.

LOSING
Consecutive losses can indeed lower your
testosterone. But the opposite is also true.
winning over and over will boost your
testosterone levels.

Count your wins, reduce your losses.


OPIOIDS
Opioids increase the risk of hypogonadism -
this is known to result in low levels of
testosterone serum.

EMFS
Having electronic devices near your crotch
area for extended periods of tie (>30min) will
expose your testes to electromagnetic fields,
lowering testosterone.

This includes having your mobile phone in your


pocket or your laptop sitting on your lap as
you work.
